ARCHIES - BROADWAY

"Every sip tells a story. Archies Coffee is a place for gathering; a family-owned San Antonio coffee shop where community, creativity, and well-being come together. Inspired by the vibrant energy of Amsterdam coffee shops, Archies blends rich local brews and craft cocktails with an open-minded, wellness-forward menu that includes CBD mocktails, Delta-9 products, and plant-based energy drinks."

Our design approach reflects the eclectic and spirited mix, as described by Archies’ founders, capturing their vision through thoughtful visual storytelling. The custom Archies tile pattern uses warm browns, inspired by coffee beans, and fresh greens, a nod to the shop’s plant-based offerings, visually expressing the mission to “blend vibrant spirit and rich flavors.” Art also plays a central role in bringing this identity to life. We collaborated with local artist Ray Scarborough to create a series of expressive portraits that imagine “Archie” across time, capturing the brand’s personality and evolution. Also, Analy Diego's bright, whimsical illustrations of signature drinks—dusted with glitter—add another layer of energy, turning the space into a true reflection of Archies: bold, community-driven, and unlike anything else in the city.
