COMMONWEALTH - JONES

When designing this Commonwealth location, the most important goal was to respect the existing structure while creating a completely fresh identity that aligned with the brand. The space had previously been another coffee shop, and one of the key challenges was transforming it so fully that guests would no longer recall its industrial past. We retained the original brickwork as a nod to the building’s character but reimagined the interiors to reflect Commonwealth’s elevated brand. The design introduced sophisticated elements such as dramatic lighting, natural stone surfaces, custom wallpaper, and artwork representative of the brand. Comfortable seating was layered in to create an inviting environment, elevating the atmosphere while keeping the authenticity of the original structure intact.
