ARCHIES - SAN MARCOS

For this Archies location, the goal was to maintain the brand’s recognizable identity while tailoring the design to resonate with the Texas State University community. The finishes stayed true to Archie’s established look, but playful nods to the local mascot and college culture were layered in to create a sense of place. The space was designed to serve dual functions, energized coffee shop by day and lively bar by night. This required durable furniture and versatile finishes that could withstand high traffic while also supporting the shift in atmosphere from morning hangout to evening social spot. The result is a seamless extension of the Archies brand, customized to capture the spirit of the college crowd and provide a welcoming, adaptable gathering place.
