PAYMENT: Major credit cards and PayPal are accepted methods of payment.Your order will not be processed until payment is received.
SHIPPING: All items in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving payment. Custom orders will be shipped approximately within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment, depending on the seller's order queue.
Shipping is USPS First Class Mail. If the buyer would like to upgrade this shipping service, please contact us before placing an order.
International orders will more than likely take longer to deliver (10-21 days, depending on buyer's location). Make sure to contact local customs before placing an order. If applicable, the buyer is responsible for any additional fees charged by customs.
Direct signature will be required on all orders for delivery.
Items will not be shipped to a P.O. Box address.
INCORRECT ADDRESS: Products will be shipped to the address listed on the buyer's PayPal account, unless otherwise requested. Analy Diego is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address and lost in the process. If a package is returned to the seller due to incorrect address, it can be shipped again upon postage payment. If the return shipping fees are charged to the seller by the carrier in this situation, the buyer is obligated to pay for them, no exception.
INCORRECT ITEMS: If the buyer receives an incorrect item, please return it to us and we will gladly ship the correct item. Postage will not be charged to the buyer again. The buyer will also receive a 10% discount on their next order as a courtesy for their patience and understanding.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Refunds and exchanges will only be considered for damaged items. The buyer will be required to provide detailed images of any damaged items to us and the carrier (if applicable). Please look at the images and read the descriptions of our products; if buyer has any questions about a product, feel free to contact our shop at any time before placing an order.
Additional photos of items in stock are available upon request, to ensure your 100% satisfaction upon arrival.
For custom orders, images will be sent to you along the process in order to insure complete satisfaction with the final piece.
COLOR ACCURACY: Colors may be slightly different in person from what is shown on a computer screen, as color varies depending on specific monitor settings.
